Great opportunity for an experienced MC/ HC driver to work with one of the main freight logistics companies in Australia based in Kewdale, WA.

ASAP START

Monday to Friday with a 7/7:30am start.


Responsibilities:


  • Following delivery run sheet schedule to complete deliveries for the day within required time frame.
  • Loading and unloading correct materials as per Delivery Docket.
  • Managing routes efficiently.
  • Inspecting vehicle, and reporting problems and incidents to management.
  • Complying with OH&S regulations and manual handling, as well as company rules.

Requirements:


  • Must have a valid Commercial Vehicle Drivers Medical.
  • Minimum 3 years MC rated driving experience and experience with manual road ranger gearboxes.
  • Prior experience in the industry is highly regarded.
  • Proven experience in operating multicombination vehicles.
  • Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Interpersonal skills must be able to get along with other workers and be pleasant to customers.
  • Multi drops and collections in Perth metro area (HC Driver)
  • Dangerous goods accredited (preferred but not essential).
  • Must be able to pass preemployment medical.
  • Must be able to pass Drug and Alcohol tests.
  • Side loader experience (desirable but not essential).
  • MISC card (desirable but not essential).
  • Forklift license (desirable but not essential) LF High risk ticket
