    Who we're looking for:

    To manage and coordinate operational and administrative tasks within the Remarketing team relating to vehicle disposal function.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Vehicle stock and sale management ensuring optimum results within the required KPIs
    • Data collation and analysis to support data driven decision making on the sale of assets
    • Assist in administrative and reporting requirements and enhancements
    • Managing month end stock reconciliation
    • Assist in updating or creation of process documentation
    • Manage email inboxes responding to enquiries within agreed SLA's
    • Contribute to collaborative team environment
    • Assist and support other Remarketing functional tasks including but not limited to transport management, invoicing and end of lease requirements
    • Facilitate other ad hoc projects as required
    • Analytical with high level of capability to take data and identify actionable information
    • Demonstrated ability to learn new tasks, grasp concepts quickly and implement the processes. Automotive industry experience an advantage but not essential.
    • Process oriented, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Good interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to liaise with team members and staff across all levels of the business to achieve desired results
