We are looking for an experienced Administration professional to join our team in a role that you can make your own


Your role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth running of our Dandenong South site, making sure that administration tasks are completed with high levels of accuracy, whilst also being a welcoming presence at front of house.

This is a rare opportunity to demonstrate your administration skills as well as advocate for continuous improvement initiatives.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Supporting the team, including executive stakeholders, with administration and customer service needs
  • Daytoday office support and process improvement
  • Providing customer service support with any queries or issues
  • Ensuring accurate and timely inputting of invoicing information into our system
  • Basic receptionist duties, answering the phone to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that all visitors are signed in correctly

  • You're tech savvy and have a good working knowledge of MS Office.
