The Opportunity
This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic national firm with a global presence.
Due to an internal promotion our client is now on the hunt for a Team Coordinator to confidently provide high level administrative support to 3 teams within the firm.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaising with clients over the phone
- Prepare client correspondence including client packages, reports & proposals
- Calendar support including booking meeting rooms and appointments
- Coordinating annual processes including client engagement letters
- Taking meeting minutes and preparing meeting agendas
- Onboarding new clients and staff
- Database management
- Ensuring administration, policy and system processes and changes are implemented
- Coordinating team functions and events
About You:
-
Experience in an Office Manager or Administrative Support role is essential:
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge or exposure to Xero, MYOB and APS is ideal
- Fantastic time management and organisation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work in a faced past environment
