The Company
Our client is a leading civil contractor with a turnover of upwards of $100M per annum and over 300 pieces of plant machinery, they work on some of the largest subdivision projects in the region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct land surveys, establish survey control points and perform construction staking
- Use GPS and 12D modelling software to provide accurate and reliable surveying services
- Interpret construction plans and engineering drawings to ensure work is carried out to specification
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and produce detailed survey reports
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Civil Surveyor
- Experience with GPS and 12D modelling software
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Proficient in using survey equipment such as total stations, levels, and GPS receivers
- Ability to interpret construction plans and engineering drawings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
