The Company

Our client is a leading civil contractor with a turnover of upwards of $100M per annum and over 300 pieces of plant machinery, they work on some of the largest subdivision projects in the region.

Responsibilities

Conduct land surveys, establish survey control points and perform construction staking
Use GPS and 12D modelling software to provide accurate and reliable surveying services
Interpret construction plans and engineering drawings to ensure work is carried out to specification
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure project milestones are met
Maintain accurate records of survey data and produce detailed survey reports

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Civil Surveyor
Experience with GPS and 12D modelling software
Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
Proficient in using survey equipment such as total stations, levels, and GPS receivers
Ability to interpret construction plans and engineering drawings
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
