Join this amazing charity and be part of the busy team of professionals to assist with the customer enquires using your exceptional customer services and administration skills.

They are coming up to a very busy time of year and they would like to offer support and training needed to make this role a success.

They also have great flexibility with hours to suit you being 5 or 4 days or even school hours.


The role:

  • Respond promptly to incoming calls from donors, supporters, other stakeholders and members of the public to directly meet their needs
  • Escalate any complaints from donors or other stakeholders in accordance with policy and procedures
  • Process, record and receipt of donations and ensuring accurate checking of all information
  • Monthly reporting of the donations
  • Working autonomously within a small, dedicated team

What you bring:

  • Strong customer service skills working in busy inbound work environment
- keen eye for detail to ensure customers satisfaction

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills both internal and external
  • Ability to think outside the box and work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proven ability to learn new IT systems and process
  • Clear and strong communication skills (written and verbal)
