- Serving online customers and packing online orders as and when needed
- Business relationship development
- Liaising with subcontractors and maintaining regular clients
- Answer phone calls in a polite and efficient manner and direct them to relevant staff, take messages as required and attend to minor queries.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as requested by Management.
- Prepare letters and documents for distribution.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence in accordance with Company Procedures.
- Maintain company databases, registers and records as required.
- Order and receive goods or services in accordance with purchasing procedures.
- Assisting with typing, data entry and other clerical work as directed, including minute taking.

Being the first point of contact for customers, clients and internal company departments, this is an important role and would suit a friendly, well organised individual with a keen eye for detail, who can problem solve, plan ahead and have strong communicative and management skills. An important function of this role is to ensure the efficient flow of jobs/projects through the system from the development of quotations & coordination of jobs/projects being won, to invoicing and accounts management.
