An amazing opportunity exists for new or recent graduates (up to 18 months) to join our industry leading Graduate Development Program, across the three AEC Melbourne sites

This is a two year, intensive program designed to cultivate excellence in all aspects of emergency and critical care medicine and surgery.

Clinical duties will be heavily supervised by Membership qualified and experienced emergency and critical care veterinarians. In addition, there is structured didactic teaching, including practical classes, and training in related disciplines.

The program will also allow the graduate the option of gaining experience in clinical research, scientific presentation and scientific manuscript preparation.

The program will meet all internship requirements for those individuals wishing to pursue residency training, but would be beneficial for any graduate wishing to accelerate their learning curve.

The successful applicants will be motivated to be the best veterinarian they can be, and be committed to providing the best care for their patients.

They will require excellent organisational and communication skills and will need to be flexible in their rostering in order to attend the didactic training requirements.
