About the role:

Trade Payments is Shift's solution for Businesses that provide trade credit to their customers.

The purpose of the Customer Support Associate role is to help the Trade Team with the daily operations and help our customers (Buyers) to signup, use their facility and provide support.


This is a unique opportunity to build experience across a range of commercial finance operations including settlements, credit analysis, sales, compliance & collections with the ability take your career in any of these directions as natural progression from this role.

You'll be based in our beautiful North Sydney offices. We offer a hybrid work arrangements (min 3 days in the office).


You'll be managing change requests on customer accounts (credit limit Increases, changes to payment days, requests for data) and ensuring that payments are processed correctly each day in the Equipment Line/Fit out and Trade products.

Furthermore, you'll be providing front line support to troubleshoot customers enquiries to ensure a frictionless platform experience.


Qualifications:


  • Min 2 years experience in a customer support / phone based role
  • Financial services sector experience strongly preferred
  • Degree qualified preferred
