Our Family:

Fast paced and busy family are looking for a patient and fun nanny to care for their son who is 20 months. The families son is profoundly deaf and was fitted with cochlear implants when he was 10 months old. They have early intervention appointments that they attend regularly and these speech therapists assist in educating them on how to speak and interact with their son. This would be a requirement that their nanny attend these appointments along with the family. Experience is not essential but willingness to learn would be required. Ideally the family would like someone who is avaible to work Monday-Friday 7.30am5.30pm however they are very flexible for the right person. Start date and pay rate negotiable

Your Duties:

Creating a fun and engaging enviroment Light meal preparation and house duties when time permits The families son is profoundly deaf and was fitted with cochlear implants when he was 10 months old. They have early intervention appointments that they attend regularly and these speech therapists assist in educating them on how to speak and interact with their son. This would be a requirement that their nanny attend these appointments along with the family. Experience is not essential but willingness to learn would be required.

Our Perfect Caregiver:

- 'Honest, approachable with a fun and friendly personality, someone patient but firm with our son and this person id hope could end up feeling like they are a part of our family. My absolute dream is a nanny who has had previous experience with children with hearing difficulties or someone of a speech pathology or similar background.'
