Description

• Someone who can Develop, implement, monitor, maintain and improve Quality policies and programs
• Communicate and promote all aspects of Quality Assurance with all relevant departments
• Ensure staff understand the food safety procedures and protocols,
• Communication, demonstration and coach specific training requirements
• Manage to ensure sufficient quality support around production requirements is provided at all times.
• Set site Quality KPI's and provide clear and accurate reports identifying any shortcomings
• Ensure operations conform to food safety regulations and Quality Systems
• Continual quality checks to monitor product integrity & packing presentation.
• Implement and monitor QA methods and procedures for raw materials, processes and product (i.e. personal hygiene, MHA, temperatures, tares, weights, etc), to meet system requirements with a focus on best practice.
• Liaise with the production team to ensure that work and product safe operating procedures are followed
• Manage inspection and testing procedures for raw materials, manufacturing processes and finished products.

• 8 hour shift

• Pyrmont, NSW 2009: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
