The Role:


CDC NSW are operating shuttle bus services for Western Sydney University and are seeking drivers with superior customer service attitude to join our team.

As a professional driver with CDC NSW, you will assist passengers in reaching their destinations and meet their commitments by providing a safe and comfortable journey.

This is permanent Full-time opportunity for two Drivers working in either a morning or afternoon shift, Monday to Friday. Drivers will be transporting students in Western Sydney University, Paramatta Campus.

Experienced Bus or Heavy Vehicle Drivers will be eligible for a sign on bonus of $3000 if successful in the roles.


About You:

To be successful in this role, you will provide a reliable and friendly service to our customers by displaying the following qualities:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with customers from all walks of life
  • The ability to show compassion and empathy
  • A willingness and the aptitude to learn
  • Flexibility to work across Paramatta area
You will also need to hold the below licenses/checks

  • Previous experience in medium rigid or heavy vehicle driving
  • Must hold a minimum of a MR licence and a NSW Driver's Authority
  • Current NSW Working with Children check for paid work or willingness and eligibility to obtain one
