Network Aviation is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Qantas Group, providing high capacity air charter and regular passenger transport services.

We operate a fleet of jet aircraft.

From our base at Perth Airport, we specialised in mining industry support, regional airline services, routine and emergency freight and corporate charter flying.

As the Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for the collation and processing of supplier invoices, maintaining of records and financial accounting in accordance with Qantas Group policy and the provision of general administration support to the Network Group.

Additionally, you will be responsible for general administration of invoices, internal registers and other general admin duties.

To be successful in this role you'll have

  • Strong analytical skills and thought process
  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to work to a designated timeline
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in an administration role.
  • Proficiency in MYOB software (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Oracle software (Desirable)
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build constructive and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Highly selfmotivated with a strong team spirit.
