Customer Service and Sales Representative | Sydney

Salary:
$1100 - $1200 per week


Responsibilities:


  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests at local businesses in the region. (In Person)
  • Document new customer information and sales transactions
  • Provide product information and offer solutions directly to the customer to ensure customer satisfaction during the sales process.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including response times and customer satisfaction ratings.

Requirements:


  • This is an on site position, no remote opportunities at this time
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
  • Empathy and patience to understand and address customer needs
  • Prior experience in customer service, retail, sales or person centred role.
