As a Casual Educator at Goodstart, you will be a team player, who is flexible and willing to support our centres and children when and where required.

You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

You'll achieve this by:

Actively contributing to the education program in the room and the centre team

Engaging and supervising the children at all times

Maintaining a safe environment for children, families and team members

Building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with children and families

Complying with National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures

Supporting a culture of reflective practice and ongoing continuous improvement

About Goodstart Hillside:

This centre is a purpose-built childcare centre that caters for 120 children and has a big indoor and outdoor space.

There are six rooms within our centre ranging from Nursery, Toddler One, Toddler Two, 3- and 4-year-old Kindergarten funded programs.

Many of our educators that have been at the centre for over a decade.

We have extracurricular activities Hey Dee Ho and Jump for Joy, and a sports program where the children learn many different sport skills throughout the week.

We have a great connection with the community where the children participate in incursions and excursions such as such as going to the Zoo and the local farm.
