Our client is a high profile project and construction management company with some of the best projects in town. It is an exciting place to work.

Immediately upon commencement you will be a member of an already established high performing team and gain the support needed to deliver an outstanding result time and time again.

Due to the ongoing success of this company they require a Services Manager with experience in Mechanical and Electrical services.

This role will see you lead the team as well as be responsible for overseeing the necessary trades and maintenance teams, be familiar with hospital compliance requirements and an ability to work within a security rich environment.

Knowledge of working with EWIS and other such protocols. The successful individual will require diplomacy and good people skills to ensure successful outcomes are achieved.

Additional requirements of this position:

Relevant background in mechanical and electrical services
Minimum of 8+ years design related experience within Australia
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work across a range of levels of people and services
Ability to manage, identify and verify design and compliance in accordance with the quality system procedures
Monitoring of the project costs and report progress to the Project Director
Ability to plan internal and external resources
