- SALES
- liaise with 3PL to make sure sales and credits posted
- assist with automation errors
- generate sales report weekly
- MONTHLY REPORT
- generate sales report for ONCO by clients
- assist Corporate Accountant to prepare month end, including monthly journals
- assist in preparation financial monthly report
- assist upload financial reports to head office portal (HFM)
- print and sent department expenditure and budgets tracking sheet in Sharepoint
- save wholesaler SOH report for ONCO products
- assist with any ad-hoc requests within finance team
We are after someone to work for only 1 week of every month and that one week will be FT in the office.
Profile
- QUALIFICATION/SKILLS:
Accounting degree, no need for CA/CPA
- Attention to detail
- Time management
- Keep deadlines
