Your role

  • Support the promotion of the Innovation framework and methodologies across the agency, providing hands on support to deliver best practice approaches to innovation methodologies and tools, to assist in the delivery of quality initiative outcomes.
  • Assist in setting up and maintaining appropriate project controls (benefits, change, scheduling, risk and issue management and reporting). Ensure that such controls are applied across the initiatives, delivering transparency and governance oversight.
  • Work with the team to design, develop and coordinate internal communications relating innovation team activities including promoting initiatives through the intranet and other mediums.
  • Facilitate fortnightly Showcase content including liaison with internal stakeholders to define relevant information and development of presentation slides when required.
  • Provide administrative support to the Innovation Team Director and Manager, and initiative teams, which could include coordinating activities, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, recording actions and performing followup.
  • Build relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to foster pathways for change communication.
  • Actively contribute to developing a workplace culture that embraces innovation, curiosity, learning and continual improvement.
  • Other tasks as directed or agreed, commensurate with the role.
