About The Role


Located in Ormeau Queensland is perfect for a customer service/sales focused person who has experience or passion in the automotive industry.


As part of a small but dynamic team you will field calls from customers and provide exceptional service and follow up delivering on your promises.


You must be driven, willing to learn, have good listening skills and a flexible approach to do what is asked of you.

This role requires you to be able to work as part of a close knit team as well as autonomously when the occasion arises.


Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Process incoming calls and purchase orders.
  • Supporting the current customer base and assist with growing the business
  • Create new sales opportunities for the Sales Executives
  • Promote and participate in marketing campaigns
This is a fast paced environment where their values underpin everything they do. This role requires you to be onsite 5 days a week as there is not a WFH option.


About You
You will be a well organised person who is wanting to please and is happy to help.


Other qualities and skills include:

  • Strong Customer Service orientation.
  • Willingness and ability to learn
  • Proactive
  • High level communication and relationship management skills.
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM software
Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket or a passion and interest in automotive industry would be a distinct advantage.
