  • Maintain Security controls

Salesforce platform support lead

As the Salesforce Platform Support Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical leadership and support for the Salesforce platform Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues
  • Managing escalated incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution Monitoring and addressing performance and availability issues
  • Developing and maintaining Salesforce automation and integration tools Supporting endusers and their needs
  • Implementing and maintaining security controls and access permissions
  • Developing and maintaining documentation and training materials
  • Managing the Salesforce platform support team and providing guidance and mentoring.

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in technical support for Salesforce platforms
- strong understanding of Salesforce technologies

  • Experience with Salesforce security controls and access permissions
