Through a prioritisation approach, the ISD Hub is tasked with (amongst other things) assisting ASD's business areas with surge activities to uplift enterprise services and/or functions.

These are intended to be short term activities followed by recommendations for improvement before streamlining and transitioning into the business.

The Implementation Partner/swill be required to work closely with other providers to ensure collaboration and co-design across other functions of the ISD Hub (which includes business process mapping services).

Deliverables:

Provision and maintenance of a pool of resources to assist business areas to accelerate the planning and delivery of work packages within engagements from 36 months in duration.
Identify business pain points and prioritise a program of work packages.
Develop mature model roadmaps for Executive approval for each of the recommended business improvements.
Prepare tailored artefacts (talking points, briefs and slides) through collecting metrics and reporting information to support the identified recommendations.
Support other activity streams such as the PMO, BMO and TS&C teams —through the evaluation of current state functions and business practices and development of business improvement materials as gathered from relevant stakeholders.
Undertake implementation activities for the agreed solutions and transition to the business.
Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of the changes.

Essential Criteria:

Demonstrated effective communication with and management of key client stakeholders.
An ability to work as part of a team and balance competing priorities across multiple projects/accounts.
Experience in environments with strong formal change control restraints
Good understanding of digital solutions.
