We are seeking a customer-focused engaging Retirement Village Manager to join our friendly and efficient Retirement Village Team.

The advertised position is a part time position for 22.5 hours per week (3 days).


Responsibilities/Duties include:

• Demonstrated evidence of ability to coordinate contractors for village apartment renovations, to market apartments, engage with residents and maximise occupancy
• Daytoday asset management & village operations
• Able to achieve positive outcomes, standards and service delivery to comply with customer service, regulatory and legislation requirements
• Understanding of or an undertaking to obtain knowledge of the Retirement Villages Act 199
• Ability to discuss financial and contractual terms of resident/tenant contracts
• A desire to form and maintain positive relationships with people
• Able to contribute to Company future growth
• Delivering exceptional customer service skills
• Assisting residents with village social events
