Learn how to create and execute high-quality performance test artefacts such as requirements matrices, performance test cases/scripts, defects etc. and adhere to section standards and guidelines.
Work with a coach and/or mentor and receive on-the-job training on performance testing.
Learn to maintain documentation to support performance test delivery, meet reporting obligations, and define quality standards for the performance test team.
Learn how to initiate, build, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships between the performance test team and across the ICT Division, business, and operational areas with support from the team.
Learn to tailor your communication (written and verbal) to respective audiences.
Contribute to strategic thinking and innovation within the performance test team to increase efficiencies in delivery of quality outcomes, and advocate for the team and its benefits across the organisation.
Learn about applications, systems, environments, data and tools (etc.) to facilitate performance test project delivery.
