On behalf of our client, we are looking for an
Account Manager.


The role will be responsible for develop commercial relationship with our existing customer base; partner closely with Customer Success Managers to secure contract renewals; nurture and close a high volume of expansion deals both upsell, cross sell and net new lines of business; effectively communicate customer feedback; effectively sell the value of Braze to key stakeholders within the account while navigating a complex sales cycle; actively analyse customer product usage and reaching growth opportunities; work with Account Executives and other Success Partners to seamlessly transition clients from pre-sales, through onboarding and into ongoing Service usage.


The daily duties and responsibilities include:

  • Own the renewal of the Braze customers for North Star, working closely with the Success team.
  • Becoming an expert on Braze's product and conduct discovery calls, customised demos and presentation to existing customers to drive goals on the account.
  • Effectively sell the value of Braze to key stakeholders within the account while navigating a complex sales cycle.
  • Forecast accurately to North Star and Braze stakeholders.
  • Align to your customer executive stakeholders, understand what value means to them, talk about it and work on a plan to deliver it.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual targets.
  • Educate the customer community on Braze's value proposition.
  • Live and breath the North Star company values.

Education - Bachelor degree or higher qualification desirable. Industry experience may substitute.


Experience & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management, SaaS sales, or similar relevant roles, with at least half of that time spent closing and managing strategic customers
  • Drive, determination and accountability
  • Background in Enterprise SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
  • Outstanding verbal, written and standup presentation skills, with experience of presenting value propositions to executive teams
  • Excellent organisational skills and time management abilities
  • The ability to handle multiple competing priorities
  • A proven networker in your daily life
  • Proven success navigating large organizations and the ability to quickly identify decisionmakers and the decisionmaking process for large, global brands
  • Prior experience at a startup a plus

Salary - Salary being offered is commensurate with qualifications and experience and is between $130K - $140K.
