The Opportunity

Due to company growth we are now advertising for additional new team members.

Support Services Officer - NDIS knowledge and experience required to provide direct guidance for complex enquiries in reference to NDIS funding and plans, works closely with the client and all stakeholders.**
We are currently seeking a team player with outstanding knowledge of NDIS budgets, who also possesses a critical thinking mindset.

The Fundamentals - You will bring

You are experienced in customer service and a passionate advocate of the NDIS and the value of plan management as a support option. You are client and people focussed, pragmatic, resilient, collaborative and are able to make a difference to the organisation and clients we serve. You will have a strong commitment to continuous improvement and have a 'can do approach'. You will be achievement focussed, and have demonstrated outstanding written and verbal communication skills to continue to build the 'one champion team' culture to thrive

The Not Negotiables
-
Knowledge and experience of the NDIS
  • NDIS budgets (required for Support Services, desirable for other roles).

A passion for service through positive client experiences

Attention to detail and the ability to deliver seamless client interactions by analysing a task and providing a successful solution.

You will need to hold a valid Working with Children check and NDIS Screening Clearance or be willing to obtain

Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer centric environment

Team orientated and collaborative work style
