The Role
Our client is major player in industrial gas and specialises in the manufacturing and distribution of gases throughout Australia. They are looking for a customer service officer to join their growing team located in Yennora.

_Day Shift - Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:30pm_

Duties include:

General administration, reporting, filing, record keeping and data entry as required
Raising and closing jobs
Using Microsoft Excel extensively
Troubleshooting & general administration
Adherence to all OH&S policies and guidelines
Handling inbound and outbound queries and questions regarding deliveries, orders & credits for customers

What you will need to be successful:

Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent computer skills including advanced Excel and data entry
Excellent verbal and written communication
Excellent attention to detail
Can do attitude / Dedicated to get the job done
Excellent time management skills
Team player
