Working with the Portfolio Director of Revenue, this cluster role supports several hotels across Tasmania, Victoria and WA.


You will be assisting with the overall revenue management practices to achieve revenue maximisation across the portfolio by managing inventory and pricing strategies, ensuring that properties have the optimal mix to drive revenue generation and profitability.


This is an ideal opportunity for an existing Revenue Manager to advance their skills and experience in a multi-hotel environment.


Getting to know the role and your responsibilities:

  • Daily rate and inventory management for properties ensuring revenue is optimised in accordance with market conditions and growing market share.
  • Assist the Director of Revenue and General Managers to implement the required policies and procedures as they relate to revenue management principles and practices.
  • Manage all allotments for the area in the PMS and CRS, and ensure that they are able to be accessed and booked by the ALLRes team.
  • Maintain a log of all campaign activity and rate offerings currently in market, ensuring that this is kept updated and communicated to property teams on a regular basis.
  • Develop revenue strategies with each of the General Managers and regional performance team which correlate with the individual property business models.
  • Ensure that all area revenue management strategies are implemented, maintained and measured, and are communicated effectively to both the property operational teams.
  • Use revenue related trend statistics to provide a fortnightly forecast for each of your properties focusing on forecast accuracy in line with KPIs. Ensure all significant movements or anomalies are commented on and communicated as required.
  • Ensure forecasts are communicated through property operational teams to ensure cost controls are maximised.
  • Review the distribution strategies for all properties regularly to ensure every opportunity is used to grow occupancy whilst managing the cost of channel where possible.

Your experience and skills:


  • You are an experienced Revenue Manager with a comprehensive knowledge of revenue management practices and solid background in the hotel industry.
  • You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, relationship management, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Welldeveloped time management and prioritising skills.
  • You are able to articulate clearly and communicate confidently with various stakeholders at all levels and across multiple properties.
  • A confident, positive and approachable demeanour.
  • Indepth understanding of hotel operations.
  • Experience in daily forecasting & pricing preferred.
