The Role
This Australian B2B Wholesaler is opening up a Queensland based warehouse in Chermside.

The role will report directly into the National Operations Manager who is based in Sydney and be responsible for helping to set up then manage a small warehouse facility.

Facilitate the setup of the racking system and transfer of inventory from Sydney to Queensland.
Recruit a team of 34 warehouse workers and manage the team to ensure speed to market and ensure stock is in the right place at the right time.
Control inventory levels by conducting physical cycle counts and ensure stock control systems are up to date
Lead a small production team responsible for printing and cutting product to client specifications
Previous warehouse management experience or a supervisor looking to step up
Understanding of WMS and ERP systems (ideally Pronto).
Knowledge of WHS systems/processes in a warehouse environment.
Ability to work autonomously reporting into a remote Senior Manager.
This will be a handson role as the first employer in Queensland
Forklift licence
