The Italian on Mends St is a small 120 seat restaurant.

Situated close to the ferry port in South Perth, we benefit from both regular reservations and a high amount of foot traffic leading us to be quite a fast paced establishment.

The Italian is open 7 days a week for dinner with an additional lunch service hours on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Duties include but are not limited to;
- learning the menu for food, drink and desserts
- greeting guests as they come through the door
- running a section making you the go to person for food, drink and dessert orders as well as questions regarding modifications, allergens and descriptions of the items.
- clear and reset the tables and wait stations in your section
- assist other team members where required
- perform side including but not limited to; polishing cutlery, glasses and filling salt and pepper grinders
- perform other duties as instructed by management

What we're looking for;

Essential

• RSA
• Experience in the industry

Desirable

• Desire to learn the menu and point of sale system
• Flexible availability
• Attention to detail
