YOUR OPPORTUNITY


The
Quality Coordinator is responsible for the ongoing maintenance, governance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ISO 9001 certification.

This role works across all departments, facilitating training and awareness to ensure standardised approach, that business processes are effectively documented, add value and benefit the performance and KPI's of the business.


This role also leads customer quality tool development and support, and facilitates continuous improvement programs for the Quality, Compliance and Sustainability department and broader business.


Your key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Policy, Framework and QMS documentation management (incl process mapping, training)
  • Continually improve the Internal Audit program, drive outcomes to deliver on quality measures and performance outcomes
  • Champion QMS Steerco and management reviews
  • External audit engagement, planning and successful execution
  • Action customer RFI, supplier assessments and maintain sales tools (information, intranet site)
  • Various continuous improvement and reporting requirements for Quality, Compliance and Sustainability department

To be successful, you will have:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and oversight of Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001 standard & Certification
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills
  • Experience in QMS management in fast pace, complex organisations
  • High level of detail, ability to read, interpret audit results and standards
  • Excellent written and oral communication (internal and external customers), includes report writing
  • High level of proficiency in MS office tools, reporting & analysis (BI tools)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, and analyse and interpret data
  • Passion for quality, compliance and sustainability (ESG)
