What we are looking for

  • Proven experience working in a fastpaced, production or manufacturing environment
  • Experience working within a Printing or print finishing team highly desired
  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to stay focused on a daily performance target and demonstrate how you were responsible and accountable for an outcome for your team
  • Ability to manage workflow and multitask
  • Natural leadership qualities and experience running a successful team
  • A strong voice to speak up and suggest more innovative ways to do things
  • The strive for perfection (we only send out the highest quality)
  • Ability to read and interpret reports to structure your team's day
