Our client has been operating in Australia for over 30 years and are the leading tobacconist and giftware retailer in the country.

They have over 250 stores nationally and still growing. We are looking for a Go-Getter Store Manager who enjoys leading and motivating a team in a fun environment.


As the
Store Manager, you will have a hands on approach to leading your team, upholding store standards, following compliance and maintaining a high level of merchandising in store.

You will embrace the companies values as well as being responsible of driving the success of the store by treating it like your own.


To be considered for this role you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to think quickly under pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The drive to succeed and develop as a leader
  • Experience with Stock Management, Stock Counts and Compliance
  • Hands on experience with staff development
  • Obtain a Police Clearance
  • Be over 18 years of age
  • A rotating roster with no late nights and no Sundays
  • Base salary + super
  • Continuous training and development opportunities
