Job description:

ROUSSOS is partnering with one of South Australia's most diverse contractors which consistently delivers projects valued up to $10m. Servicing clients across both the government and private sectors, this contractor has developed a reputation for repeat business.

Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming work, our client is now seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their team.

The role

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, as Site Supervisor you will be responsible for the safe, timely and high quality delivery of projects.

Other key responsibilities of this role include:

Maintaining and updating site and pre-start documentation
Liaising with the crew, project management team, subcontractors and suppliers
Ensuring project production is being performed in line with the project schedule
Leading work, health and safety standards and procedures onsite
Ensuring quality delivery of the project
Providing guidance to the crew and getting handson to assist where required

To be considered for this opportunity, you will possess demonstrated experience in a Leading Hand or site-based leadership role. It is advantageous to have hands-on, pipelaying and subdivision project experience.

You'll demonstrate strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills, which will assist you in liaising with various personalities from trades and subcontractors to suppliers and clients.
