Description

Grow and manage a new book of commercial business

Use warm leads and leveraged relationships to create new business
Salary 120k + super + commission

The Role:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the book of business
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and identify their insurance needs
Crosssell and upsell additional insurance products to clients
Work collaboratively with internal teams, such as underwriting, claims, and marketing, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Stay current with industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions

About You:

5 years of business development or account management experience in general Insurance broking or underwriting (ideally with commercial insurance experience)
In depth technical knowledge of general insurance products;
Tier 1 Insurance Broking and/or Dip Fin Services (Insurance Broking);
Great communicator who is sales oriented and excellent in relationship building skills who thrives on building long term pipelines to support business growth;
Strong negotiation and influencing skills to ensure the best available clientcentric outcomes; and
Highly skilled account management capability to meet tight deadlines, while working in a fastpaced environment with changing priorities.
