Join our Brisbane based team as an Account Manager, partnering closely with Relationship Executives and Analysts to meet portfolio needs.

This exceptional opportunity centres on supporting both new and existing clients, handling stakeholders, and aiding deal execution.

You will gain extensive client support exposure, playing a pivotal role in our Relationship team.

Your passion for customer service and dedication to top-notch client satisfaction will set you apart, with ample chances to delve into credit and the analytical aspects through our collaborative team approach.


More Specifically, You Will:


  • Navigate complex legal and business landscapes by collaborating with lawyers, comprehending diverse business structures, and ensuring adherence to security protocols
  • Identify and consult with relevant product specialists on idea and solution development.
  • Support credit submissions for timely decisions and efficient deal execution via the fulfilment of security documentation and commercial loan settlements
  • Have a meticulous eye for detail, ensuring flawless execution
  • Expertly navigate intricate policies and regulation

We want to hear from you if you have:

  • An established internal network with experience using internal systems (CCL especially advantageous) as well sound policy and process knowledge.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, with demonstrated stakeholder management, and relationship building skills.
  • Have the composure, organisational skills, AND the drive to meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment.
  • Have initiative and a cando attitude, with the ability to quickly develop new skills and a passion for business banking.
