Job Description:


the Applications Training Specialist (ATS) will travel to our clients' radiology practices as a visible representative of Intelerad, meeting with key personnel to deliver training to clinical staff and assist with implementation and use of our products.

They will ensure that our customers become proficient with our products on an ongoing basis.


Accountabilities:

  • Regular travel within Australia and New Zealand to client locations
  • Provide onsite and remote end user training to radiology client representatives
  • Facilitate ongoing client knowledge and education initiatives
  • Assist in the resolution of software and workflow issues
  • Assist and lead with setup/takedown and/or present any lesson(s) as required during iterations of our cyclical inhouse PACS Administration course (for customers).
  • Maintain and improve existing product and training documentation, as assigned.
  • Conduct training sessions tailored to various stages of project delivery
  • Participate in the onboarding and continuous education of colleagues
  • Participate in any project deemed necessary by the organisation

Qualifications:


Pre-requisites:

  • Minimum 3 years relevant prior experience
  • Previous experience with RIS and PACS
  • Experience training and mentoring radiology concepts
  • Ability to travel regularly within Australia and New Zealand
  • Valid passport (or the ability to obtain one)
  • Valid driver's licence

Optional:

  • Degree in Medical Radiation Sciences
  • Experience with CT and/or MRI preferential
  • Understanding of DICOM and other imaging information technologies
  • Experience working in projects and liaising with radiologists and senior manager
