This is an exceptional opportunity for anAccounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.
As a member of our growing financial team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skillset and work alongside professionals who are eager to provide guidance to help you grow.
Your responsibilities as an Accounts Payable Officer include, but are not limited to:
- Processing all accounts payable invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all invoices are approved, coded accurately, and paid on time.
- Liaising with suppliers and staff for support enquiries.
- Identifying and driving any improvements to processes and procedures.
- Providing support to the finance team as required.
Qualifications:
About You
- Proven accounts payable experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of organizational accounts payable procedures.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail, with the ability to multitask.
