Due to restructure and rapid growth of the business, the company is seeking an Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent basis.
This role is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a welcoming and fast-paced environment within a respectable ASX listed company.
This role has scope for growth and long term progression within the firm.The Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Manager, the responsibilities include:
- Daily banking
- Reconcile statements
- Processing of trust account transactions
- Close trust bank accounts in CMS
- Liaising with Partners and external stakeholders
- Reconciliation of petty cash fund and bank accounts as required
- Provide assistance to senior account officers/ Finance Manager
The Successful Applicant
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
- Have a positive mindset and cando attitude
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Customer service orientated.
- At least 2 years working in a highvolume accounts/AR environment
- Experience working with another legal firm is an advantage, but not a must.
- Degree qualified, however not essential
