  • Have previous Machine Operating Experience
  • Forklift ticket desirable
  • Safety conscious with a hands on attitude
  • Be hard working and prior experience working on their feet for long periods of time
  • Be money driven or have a goal for financially success
  • Have long term career aspirations
  • Any previous experience working with insulation is advantageous
