You will define and operate a framework for making decisions, manage stakeholder relationships, and identify legitimate authority. The Implementation manager will implement the governance framework to enable governance activity to be conducted.

Within a defined area of accountability, the Implementation Manager will determine the requirements for appropriate governance reflecting the organisation's values, ethics and wider governance frameworks.

The Implementation Manager will communicate delegated authority, benefits, opportunities, costs, and risks and lead reviews of governance practices with appropriate and sufficient independence from management activity.

The Implementation manager will also act as the organisation's contact for relevant regulatory authorities and ensures proper relationships between the organisation and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

Essential criteria

Proven experience working in an agile environment in a user research and business function capacity.
Proven experience in facilitating stakeholder consultation and communication plans.
Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective and diverse strategic business partnerships, including with senior stakeholders, through collaboration, engagement, responsiveness, and influence.
Demonstrated experience in contemporary analysis and design practices and techniques including development of design and analysis artefacts such as Business Requirements Document, and Journey Maps, etc.
Providing input to the development of learning modules to ensure they are appropriately targeted and effectively communicate key messages
