Our client is a global engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients across a wide range of industries.
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team in Melbourne or Perth.


In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our client's assets.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain maintenance schedules using industrystandard scheduling software
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and define maintenance tasks and schedules
  • Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and identify potential delays
  • Analyze maintenance schedule performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Communicate maintenance schedule information to stakeholders and maintenance and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain maintenance reports and dashboards to support maintenance management decision making
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams in scheduling best practices

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
  • Experience in maintenance scheduling and planning in the energy sector or related industries
  • Proficiency in industrystandard scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies and tools
