We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team in Melbourne or Perth.
In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our client's assets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules using industrystandard scheduling software
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and define maintenance tasks and schedules
- Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and identify potential delays
- Analyze maintenance schedule performance and identify areas for improvement
- Communicate maintenance schedule information to stakeholders and maintenance and operations teams
- Develop and maintain maintenance reports and dashboards to support maintenance management decision making
- Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams in scheduling best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
- Experience in maintenance scheduling and planning in the energy sector or related industries
- Proficiency in industrystandard scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies and tools
