Our client is a global engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance company, delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to their clients across a wide range of industries.
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to join their team in Melbourne or Perth.

In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective maintenance of our client's assets.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain maintenance schedules using industrystandard scheduling software
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to identify and define maintenance tasks and schedules
Conduct regular schedule reviews to ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and identify potential delays
Analyze maintenance schedule performance and identify areas for improvement
Communicate maintenance schedule information to stakeholders and maintenance and operations teams
Develop and maintain maintenance reports and dashboards to support maintenance management decision making
Provide guidance and support to maintenance teams in scheduling best practices

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field
Experience in maintenance scheduling and planning in the energy sector or related industries
Proficiency in industrystandard scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities
Knowledge of maintenance management methodologies and tools
