- This role is suitable for individuals with a minimum of two years' experience as a Paralegal or in legal administrative roles.
- Experience in Personal Injury, Family Law, Conveyancing, Criminal Law, and Wills and Estates is preferred, as well as experience with LEAP legal software.
- We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for the law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and a high standard of written and oral communication is essential.
- Additionally, candidates must possess high-level computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
- Meeting and greeting clients for appointments, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the office.
- Opening and closing files, maintaining accurate records, and organising documents efficiently.
- Draft correspondence and maintain office files.
- Review and draft legal documents.
- Conduct legal research.
- Answering phones and handling enquiries from clients and other parties.
- Manage documentation and perform administrative tasks.
- Ensure comprehensive and up-to-date records for the legal team.
