The HubSpot Go-to-Market Enablement (GTME) team is looking for an experienced Facilitation Manager to join our growing team.

To help HubSpot grow better, the facilitation team is focused on improving the productivity and performance of in-seat go to market reps, decreasing the average ramp time of our new hires, and upskilling the whole org on new product offering.

Your role as Facilitation Manager will be to develop the JAPAC facilitation team to become trusted instructors to our in seat reps and leaders and build a best in class learning environment.


The key goals of this role will be to oversee the facilitation team in the JAPAC region, partner with stakeholders and other enablement team members to help improve the performance of the geo, launch global projects, and further develop your team.


You should have a leadership mindset, be extremely well organized, be able to think through downstream impacts, and be able to facilitate to all GTM teams.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of facilitators in ANZ, Singapore, Japan, and the US. This includes recruiting, coaching and mentoring team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Manage the monthly training schedule for onboarding and in seat rep training. Ensuring regional coverage and equitable workloads for your team.
  • Partner with EPs (enablement partners) to establish and deploy regional sales focused programming. Working together to build and deliver content that helps advance the region's performance.
  • Build and develop content/oversee global program launches as needed
  • Coach facilitators of varying tenure levels to elevate their performance and grow their careers. This includes providing regular feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and developing personalized growth plans.
  • Become a trusted business partner to sales leadership in the area
  • Problem solve and make decisions based on measurable outcomes and OGP alignment
  • Build a culture that is fun, engaging, and focused on creating productivity improvement. You will be responsible for fostering a positive and inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and innovation.

Qualifications:


  • 2 years of experience in Sales or SaaS is strongly preferred
  • 2 years of experience in Training Experience
  • 3 years of selling experience Be able to speak the language of sales
  • 3 years of management experience, either in Sales, or Sales Enablement
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve their goals.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience working in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment with rapidly changing priorities.
  • Experience coaching and developing facilitation team members to improve their performance and grow their careers
  • Superior planning, keen attention to detail, time management and organizational skills
  • The ability to effectively manage time zones as this role will support our global teams
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
