Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance Planning Support
Filing, archiving, closing Work Orders on Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Manage contractors as per job requirement to assist day to day operation of the department.
Generate purchase requisition and track progress until purchase order is approved
Managing physical inventory and spares in MEX
Support implementation of improved documentation practices and control systems
Responsible for achieving assigned priorities in the planning of actions and resources
Responsible for achieving assigned and/or agreed departmental goals
Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Experienced user of electronic documentation systems
1 year administration experience highly desirable
Experience with MEX desirable but not essential
Good knowledge of GMP
Knowledge and experience in EH&S
Knowledge and experience in facilities for manufacturing of biologics
Skills & Attributes
Proven record of ability to work as a team member and independently as required.
Experience in multitasking, prioritizing, and showing initiative to complete tasks according to company milestones.
A track record showing good oral and written communication skills
Ability to work in a highly dynamic, frequently changing environment with a wide variety of people and perspectives.
