What your role will look like as Area Manager:

You will provide effective leadership and strategic management to Residential Supervisors including expert advice and supervision in service delivery and support
Develop and strengthen Residential Supervisors' practice leadership capability and capacity to lead their teams to support people with complex disabilities and deliver high quality services and outcomes for clients
Lead and promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation, contributing to policy and frameworks and building capability to delivery on client centred practice
Optimise staff resources to meet client needs
Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety

You'll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years' experience in team leadership, budget management and delivery of key performance indicators at a team level.
