- You will provide effective leadership and strategic management to Residential Supervisors including expert advice and supervision in service delivery and support
- Develop and strengthen Residential Supervisors' practice leadership capability and capacity to lead their teams to support people with complex disabilities and deliver high quality services and outcomes for clients
- Lead and promote high standards of performance and quality accreditation, contributing to policy and frameworks and building capability to delivery on client centred practice
- Optimise staff resources to meet client needs
- Embed a strong culture and the ongoing support of our values and health and safety

You'll need a Certificate IV in Disability, Community Services or Aged Care and a minimum 4 years' experience in team leadership, budget management and delivery of key performance indicators at a team level.
