The Business Solutions Chapter Area is responsible for building capable HR Business Solutions skills to support Crew solution delivery and change activities.


See yourself in our team**The Chapter area this covers is one of our two Workday Configuration Chapters.


This Chapter Lead manages one of our teams of Workday configuration specialists to deliver Workday Business Process change to meet current and emerging business needs.

This newly created role reports directly to the Chapter Area Lead, Business Solutions.

You will add value both through leading people and learning design work by:

  • Building a high-performing and engaged team/chapter
  • Delivering quality outcomes through effective chapter performance
  • Contributing to the achievement of customer outcomes through effective design of business solutions
  • Delivers on our customer aspiration by: Encouraging continuous improvement, innovation and a customer obsessed mindset
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledgesharing
  • Implementing and reinforcing standard ways of working

Do work that matters

  • Deliver Crew and/or COE outcomes within the squad
  • Facilitate the constructive resolution of conflicts which may arise both internally and externally to the Chapter
  • Provide people leadership and management including on boarding, hiring, skill building, career development, coaching, performance management and team engagements for Chapter members, in line with guidance from the Chapter Area and/or Practice
  • Implement and support consistent ways of working across the Chapter
  • Set clear expectations on the guardrails and standards to be applied as defined by the Chapter Area and/or Practice
  • Contribute to the uplift of the Chapter's maturity through SME knowledge and by driving and fostering collaboration across the Chapter to create a culture of sharing, learning and problem solving.

We're
interested in hearing from people who possess

  • Passionate in leading people as well as executing of Business Solution design work with a desire to contribute to outcomes as we well as coach and develop team members
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams or large capability projects
  • Demonstrated examples working in agile for Workday will be advantageous
  • Passion and drive to support transformation of the learning area with experience in business solutions and innovative solutions being delivered with demonstrated impact
  • Experience in Workday will be highly regarded
  • Strong proven experience in supporting, consult and challenge Executive stakeholders in implementing strategic goals
