About the Role

You may have seen we have plenty of Risk-related roles to choose from. We are strengthening, simplifying, and digitising, whilst ensuring our foundations are in place.

In this role, you will be joining an already thriving transformation team, reporting into our awesome Senior Manager of Transformation and Digital and each day you come to work, you'll be supporting and providing guidance to our Retail Banking teams to help continue servicing our fabulous customers.

As a Risk Analyst, you will support the Digital strategy through identification, assessment, mitigation, management and reporting across risks in the Digital Bank.


You will perform activities relating to risk and control management such as management and administration across incidents, issues and treatment plans.

With regards to risk assessments and process analysis, your role will be to provide risk support across projects, initiatives or throughout any types of change, along with ad hoc risk activities.

This will be a challenging role, but it will also be exciting, with no two days the same.

You'll gain insight into a multi-faceted division of the bank, gaining invaluable experience within transformation, digital, as well as products.

As a Bank, we're constantly under scrutiny (and that's a good thing) and as regulations and legislations shift to adapt to the ever-increasing risks posed to our business and our customers, this role will be assisting to incorporate those changes, to help the bank move toward that fully digital experience for our customers.


About you
While we'd love to see some experienced Risk Analysts apply, it's okay if you're not.

To hit the ground running in this brand-new role, you'll have a few years banking and finance experience under your proverbial belt with sound knowledge of Risk and Compliance principles, whether you're already a Risk specialist, a Product aficionado, or a Transformation whiz the key to succeeding in this role will be your wiliness to learn and your adaptability to work within a high-pressure environment.
