Here at JOLT, we're on a mission to

_ Accelerate the shift to zero-emissions mobility_. Electric Vehicles (EVs) will play a pivotal role in supporting a future based on renewable energy.

That's why we are building a large-scale network of 100% renewable powered, free, EV charging stations to make charging more convenient, fast and affordable.

About the role

This role is ideal for a mid level HR and/or Talent Acquisition generalist who is familiar with recruitment and onboarding process, and complimentary systems.

Key responsibilities:

Conducting initial phone screens for multiple roles across different time zones
Tracking recruitment progress with reporting support
Support with preboarding and onboarding to HRIS HiBob
Liaise with new starters, Managers and IT to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
Job management and KPI reporting through Lever

About you:

2+ years experience in HR or Recruitment
Experience with ATS systems, Lever experience highly valued
Experience with HRIS and HR processes highly regarded
Excellent communication skills and confidence to pick up the phone and engage with our future employees
A passion for green energy and a sustainable future
Knowledge of EVs, renewables, media, infrastructure, and/or construction, would be valuable
