Are you a hands-on Technical Lead, or advanced Senior Software Engineer with a keen interest in functional programming languages?

Join a leading SaaS in Melbourne, shaping digital asset and marketing solutions for world renowned, as well as prominent Australian brands.

We're seeking a dynamic Full-Stack Technical Lead, with a strong grasp of back-end programming languages, preferably in functional programming languages like
Elixir.

Location:
Melbourne

Budget:
Depending upon experience and suitability budget ranging from $150,000 - $185,000.

About the Role:

Remaining handson whilst leading a small team of developers with a fullstack emphasis.
This is a handson role, where you will be translating business requirements into technical design documents.
Inspire and guide a small, talented team.
Drive technical vision and strategy, exploring functional programming paradigms.

Requirements:

Proven handson experience in robust backend development.
Proficiency in
React and
TypeScript for frontend development, as well as an indepth understanding of
JavaScript.
Familiarity with functional programming languages,
Elixir strongly preferred,
ERlang will also suffice, as well as strong backend developers with a desire to work with
Elixir
