About the Role

We are looking for an experienced driven Horticulture Manager who will be responsible for the management of the Horticulture team which comprises of both Maintenance and Softwork Projects.

Key responsibilities for the role

Consult with clients and internal team to develop scope of works for projects
Develop and submitting proposals and quotations in a timely manner
Ensure all contracts are up to date
Forecast, Schedule and Management of Project pipeline
Organisation of field operations and daily task
Reporting and documenting post project outcomes
Ensure project timeframes and budgets are met
Managing team members
Managing and developing relationships with clients, subcontractors and consultants
Identifying and pursing opportunities for enhancements
Engaging in new business development opportunities

Skills and Experience

Certificate III in Horticulture or equivalent
White Card
Drivers Licence
Practical experience in landscaping construction, landscape maintenance, site management, landscape estimation/quotes
Understanding computer/software experience; Excel, Onedrie, Jobber, iAudit
Knowledge of WHS regulations and Standards
Knowledge on Employee regulations e.g. hours of work, overtime parameters
Some Knowledge of Australian native plant species
